An exploration of how TUUC fits together and where we want it to grow.

This service will invite the congregation to look at how funds are allocated, and to discuss how future growth should be prioritized.  We will discuss priorities in small groups, and what the impact of our current structure is on those priorities and how growth could expand opportunities for the congregation.  This activity is meant to plant seeds for future discussions around what growth to push for and how we can get there.  A lot has been done in the past few years to prepare the soil for future growth.  As we transition to a growth mindset, the board wants to hear more about what the congregation wants the first fruits to be.
