Monday Night Meditation Group
Meets Weekly on Monday Evenings from 7:00—8:45 p.m.
Join us for 30 minutes of sitting or walking meditation in the sanctuary. Each week we have a topic for discussion related to meditating as a way to expand our knowledge and connect with one another. This group is for everyone, whether you meditate frequently, occasionally, or are coming for your first meditation sit. The group is also open to any ideas or topics anyone may wish to share. Alexa and Steve Arnold facilitate the group.

Please join our regular drop-in Thursday night yoga group.
Our participants are from ages 8—80! If you are curious, come see if we are what you are looking for. We have some spare mats, and flexible space for more to join! Our group meets weekly from September through June, with breaks for holidays.
Second Sundays from 9:00 – 10:15 a.m.
Meets in the High School Youth Room
We are members and friends of Unitarian Universalism walking the path of spiritual experience and growth as it unfolds in our lives.
We come to this group for inspiration, to study, and to explore our direct experience of the fullness and mystery of life.
We meet monthly on the second Sunday from 9:00—10:15 a.m. Doug Taylor facilitates the group.
Third Friday Potluck
Third Fridays from 12:00 noon to 1:30 p.m. in the Social Hall
Our speakers and topics vary each month from September through June. Bring a dish to share and an open mind to learning something new!
Awakening Awareness: Mysticism, NonDuality, and Unitive Consciousness
Facilitated by Doug Taylor
Come together with curious intellects and attentive hearts to connect, meditate, explore, and discuss the journey of awakening, followed by a time for tea and snacks.
NonDual, Mystical, and Unitive Conscious experiences are all rooted in direct, personal, embodied knowing beyond words, beliefs, doctrines, and rigid traditions whether spontaneous or invoked. In this safe, co-created inter-spiritual group we will explore, experience direct practice, and share our “seeing, knowing, and being” of essential essence common to all humanity that transcends divisive concepts and dualisms.
All members are welcome and encouraged to provide ideas and suggestions to enhance each and every participant’s group experience and well-being.
Celebrating the inherent worth and dignity of every Body
Third Sundays from 9:00 – 10:15 a.m. in the Youth Room
Facilitators: Alana Franklin, Cynthia Hackett, Susie Maharry
Join us in a small group setting to discuss questions, such as:
- How do I feel about my body?
- What influences my perceptions?
- And how do my perceptions about my body impact my life?
- How can we work to reframe incoming messages in a way that is body positive?
All are welcome here. We meet monthly on the third Sunday of each month before worship service.
Third Sundays 11:45 a.m. -1:45 p.m.
High School Youth Room
Please join us for a guided discussion on this month’s theme of Identity. We use the spiritual practice of deep listening. Without actually using a talking stick, we take turns speaking uninterrupted around the circle until everyone has had a chance to be heard. Then we open things up to a group discussion.
