Congregational Information Meeting
Social Hall and Classrooms, Tacoma WA Congregational Information Meeting in preparation for calling a settled minister. In preparation for the Congregational Information Meetings on Sunday, January 22, 2017 and Sunday, January 29, 2017, members are encouraged to attend the worship service on Sunday, December 11, 2016 when Rev. Sarah Schurr from the Pacific Western Region of the UUA will help us unpack what it means for us to “call” a minister at this time in our congregation’s history. What does it mean when we talk about calling a minister? How is that different from hiring a minister? What is the difference and why does it matter? |
