Carri Tobler is a self taught artist from Tacoma, WA that mixes art and crafting with a focus in water color. Carri’s inspiration comes from nature in the Pacific Northwest and has an attention to detail. She has experience teaching large and small workshops from card making to watercolor tutorials.
