Stirring the Soup

When it comes to building community, sharing a humble pot of soup is a deeply nourishing form of love in action. Join us for a telling of the Stone Soup story, and an invitation to consider what new stew you might cook up together when each of you brings your own gift to add to the pot.

Victoria Poling (she/her) is a Unitarian Universalist minister who currently serves as the contract minister to Vashon Island Unitarian Fellowship. She also works with seekers as a Spiritual Director in one on one private practice. Victoria is an environmental justice advocate as a board member at Earth Ministry/WA Interfaith Power & Light. She lives in Kent, WA on traditional Muckleshoot territories in the Green River watershed with her partner David and four cats.

This Sunday we will have a multi-platform service. You can attend in-person, OR you can also attend via our online Zoom option. Our current in-person gathering guidelines include information found here. Children are welcome with their parents in the sanctuary. A small creativity and play area is provided for very young children inside the sanctuary. Currently no separate in-person classroom space, this includes no separate programs for children or separate nursery care area.
