In order to fix a problem, you need to admit one exists. The surest way for a goal to become reality is to proclaim it from the rooftops. But sometimes it takes a while to even realize that you have a dream or that there is a problem in the first place. So where do you pull over and ask for directions when you’re already well on your way?
Jake Hearen came to Tacoma the first time in 2006 to study Environmental Policy at the University of Puget Sound.
