Third Saturday "A Year to Live" - Group at Capacity
Sanctuary, Tacoma WA “A Year to Live” – Group at Capacity Group meets on Third Saturdays beginning March 19, 2016 What if you received a diagnosis that you had one year left to live? How would you choose to live your life? What would you prioritize, and what would you let go? What unsettled business would call for your attention? What would you celebrate? Using a variety of contemplative practices, group exercises and supportive readings, including Stephen Levine’s A Year to Live: How to Live This Year As If It Were Your Last, our group will delve into such questions and more.
