NOTICE OF CONGREGATIONAL MEETING
SUNDAY, MARCH 11, 2018 AT 12:00 p.m.
The Board of Tahoma Unitarian Universalist Congregation (TUUC) has called a congregational meeting for Sunday, March 11, 2018 at 12:00 noon in the church sanctuary. The business of this meeting shall be limited to obtaining approval from the congregation to use funds from the Building Fund to replace the existing roof on our building, replace the electrical breaker box, which contractors have determined to be unreliable and high risk, and to install additional electrical outlets in the sanctuary and kitchen. The building repair task force has obtained assessments and bids from contractors for this work, which will be discussed in detail at the meeting.
According to the bylaws, expenditures from the Building Fund may be used for remodeling and authorized by a vote of the congregation at a duly called congregational meeting.
Those who have been members for at least 30 days prior to the date of the meeting and have made an identifiable financial contribution during the current fiscal year may vote.
