Heart and Soul is a structured time for reflection and community. Designed by British Unitarian, Jane Blackall, it invites participants to focus on a theme with four opportunities for joined meditation together. It ends with a time for sharing with each other.
Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before the meeting start time, so attendees can be invited into the Zoom room. Once the gathering circle has been created, the Zoom “door” will be closed, and late attendees will not be able to enter that evening. Timely login allows the opportunity to create a space for interested participants, and publicly offer this invitation, as well as alleviate concerns about potential mischievous Zoombombers.
Each session is limited to a maximum of 12 participants, and registration is required for each session. Participants may attend one session or as many sessions as you wish, as long as you register in advance, and there are no more than 12 participants registered.
Contact Doug Taylor with any questions. Members can access Doug Taylor’s contact information via the online membership directory, or members or friends can email Admin@TahomaUU.com for the information.
