On this Memorial Day, we gather not to glorify war, but to honor the humanity of those whose lives were shaped or ended by it. Through remembrance, silence, and reflection, we recommit ourselves to compassion, peace, and the sacred responsibility of carrying one another forward.

In Uniform and Out: The Courage to Be Whole

Through stories from my service in the Army, I explore how personal identity can both align with and resist the expectations of institutions.
