Paying Attention: What is in Your Cup?
In a wisdom tale, Buddhist monk, Thich Nhat Hanh tells us the bump in the road doesn’t create what spills out of the cup we are carrying. Instead it reveals what is already inside. The question is not about who bumps us rather, “What am I carrying in my cup?”

Tuesday at 10:00 a.m.
Zoom Meeting:

On Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. Rev. Linda will be on Zoom with a cup of tea and available for conversation and checking in. Any and everyone is welcome to come along for casual conversation. She'll have a question of the day (for example, "Where did you find joy in the last week?"), but any and everyone can check in and chat as they are most comfortable.
Participants are encouraged to arrive a few minutes before the meeting start time, so attendees can be invited into the Zoom room. Once the gathering circle has been created for tea time, the Zoom “door” will be closed, and late attendees will not be able to enter. Your timely login allows us the opportunity to create a space for interested participants, and publicly offer this invitation, as well as alleviate concerns about potential mischievous Zoombombers.

Turning of the Wheel: A Vernal Equinox Bardic Story and Song Circle
Infinite CUUPS Open Meetings on Third Mondays
7:00 p.m.
Join the TUUC group, Infinite CUUPS, on Zoom like the bards of old for an all-ages sharing of sources that relate to the upcoming Spring Equinox! Celebrated by pagan and earth-centered traditions under various names such as Ostara, Eostre, and or as the start of the New Year, the equinox is a time associated with the arrival of Spring and fertility as warmth and sunlight return after the cold winter months. You can offer a song, story, or poem to rejoice with us during this time of rebirth. Or just come and enjoy! Here are our guidelines, a “must read” if you intend to share an offering:
3-5 minutes max. Please time yourself in advance – thanks!
We welcome material related to the Spring Equinox and the arrival of Spring from across all cultures. You can read or tell a story, recite a poem, or sing a song. Please make sure you:
Offer material appropriate for all ages
Know the culture of the material you are sharing. If it is a “Native” story please find out what tribe or tribes and the locations it comes from.
Credit the author (if known)
Please choose indigenous wisdom, pagan traditions, and folktales that focus on the coming of Spring, or the Equinox or Ostara, (but not Easter, as there are other spaces for sharing Easter stories).

Stewardship and You: A small group structured reflection and dialogue on pledging and stewardship and TUUC
Sundays, March 21 and 28, 2021, 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Why do you give? What do you give? How do you decide? During this year's pledge drive, we are offering an opportunity to come together in conversation and reflect on what it means to give to TUUC. Join other members of the congregation as we contemplate what stewardship can mean in the context of our Unitarian Universalist community and grounded in our shared values. Join us as we engage in thoughtful dialogue about what financial engagement might look like for each of us in 2021-2022!
